Laura completed her training contract with DSG before moving to Deloitte where she achieved successive promotions to the position of senior manager before returning to DSG as Corporate Business Director in 2018 to head up the corporate business department. She joined the partner group in January 2023.
Laura has extensive experience working with all sizes of business, especially small and medium sized, owner managed businesses. Laura works closely with the business owners to understand their strategies and work with them to achieve their goals. Her clients operate in a wide and varied spectrum of sectors including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and construction. Working across the Liverpool City Region and North Wales, she works closely with each client to ensure that the core services are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Alongside her extensive audit portfolio she is also involved in advisory work dealing with owner managed and venture capital-backed companies. Laura has assisted several clients with business valuations, acquisitions from both buy and sell side, as well as management buy-outs.
